Who is responsible

The Dome Sweden Intl. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at info@thedomesweden.com with any question about your data.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact dialogue or request the presentation we receive the name, organisation, email address, phone number (if given) and message you enter, together with your answers to the short questionnaire. We use this information only to answer your enquiry, send you the material you asked for and follow up on a possible investment, partnership or collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about the project.

We keep messages for as long as the dialogue is active and at most 24 months after the last contact, unless a business relationship follows.

Visit statistics

If you accept cookies, we record which pages you visit on this site, how long you stay and which buttons you use, together with your IP address, so that we can see which organisations are interested in the project and follow up relevant enquiries. The network owner behind an IP address may be looked up with a third-party service. If you decline, nothing is recorded.

If you leave your name, we may look up public, professional information about you and your organisation (such as your role and your organisation’s website) to prepare a reply. We never look up or store private information.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept cookies, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site. These cookies are only set after you click Accept in the cookie bar. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly the same.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site’s cookies and local storage in your browser; the cookie bar then appears again.

Embedded content

The start page embeds a podcast episode from Spotify. When the embedded player loads, Spotify may set its own cookies and collect data according to Spotify’s privacy policy.

Where data is processed

Contact messages are sent by email through a transactional email provider and stored with our hosting provider. Visit data is stored in a database hosted in the EU or under standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Email info@thedomesweden.com to exercise any of these rights.
