Manifesto
What we believe
01We believe sport is a human right, not a privilege. Every child, regardless of background, means or address, should have access to sport and movement.
02We believe prevention is cheaper than treatment. Building health today saves billions tomorrow.
03We believe integration happens through community, not through political decree. When someone newly arrived meets a Swede on the badminton court, integration happens by itself.
04We believe infrastructure is the core of a future-proof city. Stockholm is growing faster than anything we have seen before; we must build before it is too late.
05We believe sustainability and profitability are two sides of the same coin. We have to make money to save the planet, and the other way round.
Our mission
Build Sweden’s most sustainable arena, and make it generate significant value for society.
For everyone
- Physical activity is accessible at every income level
- Integration happens on the court
- Health prevents disease
For society
- The public-health crisis is fought through sport
- Youth crime falls through safe meeting places
- The state spends less on treating what could have been prevented
For the future
- Stockholm has infrastructure for 2.7 million inhabitants
- New Swedish generations get access to elite facilities
- The world gets a model for sustainable sports infrastructure
What we do
Sport
Seven racquet sports under one roof: tennis, padel, squash, badminton, beach tennis, touchtennis and table tennis. From children to elite, every level is welcome.
Events
International and national competitions, concerts, conferences and culture on a 15,000-seat centre court. An arena that lives all year round.
Integration
Reserved capacity for low-income families, schools and clubs, and a sports youth centre for young people from vulnerable areas.
Health
Wellness, spa, fitness, rehabilitation and a medical centre. Prevention that turns into value.
Environment
The ambition of net-zero operation: solar, geothermal energy, battery storage and smart control, built to the highest Nordic certification standards.
Our values
Inclusion
No one is left behind. Sport is for everyone.
Sustainability
Build for fifty years, not five. Natural and circular solutions.
Innovation
A digital twin of the building, new ways to play, and data that optimises every watt.
Transparency
Open financing, ethical leadership, clear reporting.
Performance
World class in sport, architecture and operation.
Community
Sport that brings people together across borders.
Our promise
- To our members
A place where you feel good, train well and feel welcome.
- To our investors
An investment whose return comes with measurable impact, reported openly every year.
- To politicians
A solution to three parallel crises, with impact you can quantify.
- To our partners
Brand exposure, CSR value and an association with Sweden’s future.
- To the future of Stockholm
An arena that will be active for more than fifty years, for your children and grandchildren.
Our vision
“We are not building for 2030. We are building for 2050 and beyond.”
The Dome Sweden is Sweden’s answer to the question: how do you build a city that feels well? The answer is sport. The answer is integration. The answer is sustainability.
Where world champions are born. And for everyone else, too.
Thirty years of missing sports infrastructure in the Stockholm region. It is time to build.
Build now. Or pay twice later.
